Hydrate properly, to get the most out of your workouts and recover fast.
Calculate your fluid requirements when you work out. All you need are weighing scales ... and this app.
You just need to enter your pre- and post-workout bodyweight and drinks bottle weight.
You will then get a personalised report, specific to that workout.
Designed by Stephen Fritzdorf, PhD, sports physiologist with the Danish Olympic team London 2012.
Now you can do on your iPhone what was only previously available to Olympic athletes or by private consultation.
The report tells you:
1. Your hydration status at the end of the workout - Dehydrated? Over-hydrated? Just right?
2. How much you should drink now, and
3. How much you should drink in the next 4 hours to return to being correctly hydrated, therefore recovering from the session properly, and ready to go for the next one!
4. How much you could have or should have drunk to be correctly hydrated, so that you get it right next time.
